How does the free trial work?
As a new user, you can trial PowerTools risk-free and without providing any payment information. You will have access to all our paid features for 7 days.
How exactly do you compute my sales volume?
We count the total value of items you sold in the last 30 days. We exclude shipping costs, but we take into account single cards, sealed products and accessories. We don't want to charge you for cancelled or lost orders, so we only count shipments which were received by your customers.
When is my fee computed?
We will lock in your fee for the next month a few days before your next payment is due. You can see your upcoming fee directly in PowerTools, and you'll be notified in case if there is any change.
Do you offer an annual subscription?
No, we only offer a monthly subscription right now. You can cancel on a monthly basis, and our dynamic pricing makes sure that you're charged less if business is slower than usual for any reason.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all the major credit cards and payment via SEPA.
How often are prices for my inventory updated?
Prices for items in your inventory are updated automatically once a day (during the night) if you have a pricing bot enabled.
How long does it take to publish changes to the connected sales channels?
Depending on the number of changes, it can take from a few seconds to several hours.
How long does it take for orders to be received and processed by TCG PowerTools?
It depends on the sales channel: if the sale happens on Cardmarket it can take up to 25 minutes, otherwise it's usually just a few minutes.
Do I get an invoice, what about VAT?
Yes, you get an invoice from Trading Card Technologies LLC. We are based in the US, so there's no VAT for our European customers.
How can I delete my cards from my inventory?
You can delete a card (or a bunch of cards) by selecting it and setting the quantity to 0.
Why did so many cards failed the file import?
The file you used could be in an invalid format or the names of card or expansions do not match the names in our database. In this case the best thing is to download our product catalog for your game of choice and use it as a starting point.
